Your provider arrives ahead of guests to position and dress the tables, so everything is ready when the first arrivals walk in.
Play With Fun Chips
A host briefs each table in a minute or two and guests play using play chips for the rest of the evening — this is entertainment only, and the chips carry no cash value.
A Winners' Moment
Many hosts will build in a small moment near the end of the night on request — a highest-chip-count shout-out or similar — before tables are packed down.

Home or hired venue?
Both work well for a private casino night — the right choice comes down to guest numbers and how much space you can clear.
A home living area or garage suits smaller gatherings where you want a relaxed, familiar setting. A hired venue gives more room to move, dedicated parking and no cleanup at the end of the night for a larger guest list.

How much space do you need?
One Table
Comfortably suits 15–25 guests circulating across the evening, in a cleared space of roughly 3m × 3m plus room to stand around the table.
Two Tables
Works well for 30–50 guests, typically needing a room or open-plan space of around 25–35m² once walkways are accounted for.
Three-Plus Tables
Best suited to a hired venue for 50 or more guests, giving each table its own space and a clear path for guests moving between them.

Can tables be set up in a home?
Yes, provided there's a cleared, level space with nearby power — most providers can advise on layout from a few photos or measurements of your space.
Does this suit a fundraiser or charity event?
Yes — many organisers use a casino-themed table as an entertainment drawcard for a fundraising evening. The tables run as entertainment; any donations or fundraising activity are organised separately by the host or event committee.
How long does a table run for?
Most private bookings run two to four hours, with hosts able to extend or wrap up earlier depending on how the evening is going.
